The Festival of Flourishing is back

It's time!
October is Mental Health Month, and if you know us at all you'll know that for us, it's all about the "health" part.
Too often, when we talk about mental health, we're really talking about illness or distress. While it's important to acknowledge those experiences and take them seriously, when they're the exclusive focus, the whole topic becomes unnecessarily grim, even overwhelming - it feels like yet more hard work, and really, we've all got plenty of that already.
The good news? The opposite of ill health is flourishing. Flourishing isn't what you do after you've solved distress - it's how you solve it. Knowing what "good" feels like is so much more powerful than just aiming for "less terrible."
With that in mind, we've teased apart the pieces of the flourishing puzzle, and put together a structured series of self-directed experiments that you can dip into as it suits you, with a different theme each week during October.
This year, we're also bringing the Festival community together: once at the beginning of the month for a free flourishing workshop, and then again at the end of each week for a live Q&A with an expert guest, followed by guided reflection.
