New this month: your invitation to all our public events! Plus a heads-up on some communities you might like to join because they're doing great work, and having us along to support.

Here's the current list, which we'll update as we add new events:

Friday 27 Feb, 10:00-10:45am AEDT: DIY Anti-Burnout System (no special skills required)

We'll be doing a rapid-fire version of our "12 out of 10" workshop for the Corporate Mental Health Alliance (CMHAA) Wellbeing Week. If you work for a large corporate in Australia, there's a good chance you can access this and dozens of other free sessions during Wellbeing Week. Check whether your employer is a member here.

Friday 6 March, 5:00-5:30pm AEDT: TANK Happy Hour - wind down, ease into the weekend

Join us for our weekly community wind-down, where we do a rapid review of the week-that-was, then put it to bed before easing into a relaxed (or at least intentional!) weekend. Register here for a fun, quick reset to see you into Friday night, beverages optional.

Our friends at Talala Bloom are running a women's retreat that uses our burnout diagnostic as a jumping off point. If you're in Sydney and looking for a way to connect in person, the retreat aims to help you rebuild from the inside out, strengthening your body, calming your mind, and reconnecting with your purpose.

The Psychosocial Safety and Leadership Institute (PSLI) is hosting this workshop for leaders who need to support their team's performance and wellbeing, instead of compromising on one to achieve the other. If you're a leader who wants the best of both, alongside a committed community of like-minded leaders, consider joining PSLI.
